salary: $35 - $38 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Expertly manage and optimize complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and intricate travel logistics.
• Craft and refine professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other critical business documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels, both internally with employees and externally with partners.
• Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and detailed minutes, ensuring effective follow-up on action items.

Skills

• Maintaining Calendars
• Microsoft Office PowerPoint (2 years of experience is required)
• Microsoft Outlook (1 year of experience is required)
