We are looking for a passionate and experienced Microgreens Farm Manager to lead our team in producing the highest quality microgreens for our customers. As the Microgreens Farm Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our indoor farm and ensure that we meet the growing demand for fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens. You’ll work closely with the business owner to optimize farm efficiency, manage our growing team, and maintain the high standard of quality that 702 Farm is known for.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key role in our business, helping us scale while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and product excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Harvest and pack hundreds of trays per week to fulfill orders for local restaurants, wholesalers, and farmers markets.
• Manage deliveries of fresh microgreens to various clients in the Las Vegas area.
• Build and maintain relationships with chefs, retailers, and home consumers, gathering feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform routine farm duties, including planting, composting, cleaning, and labeling to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Lead and manage a small farm team, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.
• Represent 702 Farm at local farmers markets, promoting our products and building brand awareness in the community.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align production with customer demand and explore new sales channels.
• Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices to maintain our commitment to quality and responsible agriculture.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous farming experience is required, whether in indoor farming or traditional agriculture. Experience in a for-profit, production-focused farm is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, staff, and customers to build strong relationships.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to the dynamic demands of the farm.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting over 50 lbs, and working on ladders.
• Experience working with sustainable farming practices is a plus.

Job Details:
• Hours: The position starts at 30 hours per week , with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week after a 90-day training and learning period.

• Pay: Starting wage is $20.00/hour , with a wage increase to $23.00/hour after the 90-day period.
