Job Description

Our client is searching for an Administrative/Sales Assistant for their company located in Sugar Land. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to phone calls, e-mails, and web requests/online chats.
  • Communicate with customers and process customer orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to help expedite orders.
  • Keep customers routinely updated on the status of their orders.
  • Confirm customer satisfaction after receipt of their order.
  • Provide status reports to management.
  • Other miscellaneous administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or sales department.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communicator (verbal and written).
